By using this website, you affirm that you:
– Are at least 18 years of age (21 for handguns and handgun ammunition, where applicable),
– Are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition under federal, state, and local laws,
– Will comply with all laws and regulations related to the purchase, transfer, and possession of firearms.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion if we suspect any violation of applicable laws or these Terms.
Saber Defense HTL operates in strict compliance with:
– The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) regulations,
– The Gun Control Act (GCA),
– National Firearms Act (NFA), where applicable.
Buyers are solely responsible for knowing and adhering to all firearms laws in their jurisdiction. We will not ship firearms or accessories prohibited by your local laws.
– All firearm purchases must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
– Buyers must arrange for an FFL transfer and provide Saber Defense HTL with the FFL license before shipment.
– You agree to complete a background check where required and understand that failure to pass the background check may result in the cancellation of your order (subject to a restocking fee).
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Saber Defense HTL accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to:
– Cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including pricing errors or availability,
– Limit quantities of items purchased per person or household.
– Firearms are only shipped to licensed FFLs; non-firearm items may be shipped to a residential or business address.
– Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
– The buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise stated.
Due to the nature of firearms sales:
– All sales of firearms and ammunition are final,
– Non-firearm items may be returned within 14 days in new, unused condition (return shipping at customer’s expense),
– Canceled orders may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or specifications are error-free. Availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Saber Defense HTL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
– Improper use or misuse of products,
– Delays or failures in shipment or order processing,
– Any breach of warranty, express or implied.
All products are sold “as-is” without warranties except those explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saber Defense HTL and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.
